Non-Refundable Refund Policy:
- All library membership fees are non-refundable.
- Once membership fees are paid, they cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
- Fines accrued due to late returns, damages, or lost items are non-negotiable and non-refundable.
- The library does not offer refunds for any materials borrowed, including books, DVDs, audiobooks, or other resources.
Exceptions:
- In the event of a billing error by the library, refunds will be processed upon presentation of valid proof of overcharge within 30 days from the date of the transaction.
- Refunds for fees or fines will not be issued for materials returned after the refund request is made.
